摘要
道路施工中振动压路机作为不可或缺的机械设备,其液压系统的稳定运行直接关系到设备的工作效率和安全性。阐述了振动压路机行走系统和振动系统的液压原理,分析其故障原因及诊断处理方法,提出维护保养措施,以确保振动压路机的正常运行,提高设备的工作效率,提高公路工程整体施工质量。
As an indispensable mechanical equipment in road construction,the stable operation of its hydraulic system is directly related to the efficiency and safety of the equipment.The hydraulic principles of the travel system and vibration system of vibratory roller are described,the causes of its faults and diagnosis and treatment methods are analysed,and the maintenance measures are proposed to ensure the normal operation of vibratory roller,improve the efficiency of the equipment,and enhance the overall quality of the construction of highway projects.
