摘要
针对3104运输顺槽所用的传统皮带机皮带张紧装置,存在自动化水平低、张紧速度慢、张紧效果差等问题,为使皮带机实现快速自动张紧,基于3104运输顺槽皮带机张紧装置应用工况,分析了其在张紧过程中现存的问题,设计了新的自动张紧装置,介绍了其结构与具体张紧原理,并在3104运输顺槽皮带机中进行了张紧应用测试,结果表明:应用该装置能自动精准的调节皮带机张紧力,不仅能使皮带机断带事故率降低1.4%,而且可使皮带机跑偏、打滑事故率降低3%,可每年节约17.5万元的维修成本,取得了较好的经济效益与安全效益。
The traditional belt tensioning device of belt conveyor used in 3104 transport down the channel,there are low automation level,slow tensioning speed,poor tensioning effect and other shortcomings,in order to make the belt conveyor to achieve rapid automatic tensioning,based on the application of the belt tensioning device of belt conveyor in 3104 transport down the channel,analysing the existing problems in the tensioning process,designing a new automatic tensioning device,introducing the structure and the specific tensioning principle,and in the 3104 transport down the channel belt conveyor in the optimization design and application of the belt tensioning device.And in the 3104 transport down-groove belt machine in the tensioning application test,the results show that:the application of the device can automatically and accurately adjust the tension of the belt machine,not only can make the belt machine belt breakage accident rate is reduced to 1.4%,but also can make the belt machine deflection,skidding accident rate is reduced by 3%,can save 175,000 yuan of the annual maintenance costs,and achieved a better economic efficiency and safety benefits.
