摘要
为提升某重型电动叉车舒适性与智能化水平,基于某型重型电动叉车的装配、试验全过程反馈与收集的信息,通过对重型电动叉车轻量化、液压系统、电池容量、高压线束与低压线束分离、主动安全性、降噪、人机工程等主要设计要点进行总结与分析,介绍各设计要素的主要内容,为重型电动叉车赋予高效、便捷、可靠的使用性能和设计理念给予一定的借鉴意义。
In order to improve the comfort and intelligence level of a certain heavy-duty electric forklift,based on the feedback and information collected during the whole process of assembly and test of a certain heavy-duty electric forklift,the main design points of the heavy-duty electric forklift such as lightweight,hydraulic system,battery capacity,separation of high-voltage and low-voltage harnesses,active safety,noise reduction,ergonomics and so on are summarised and analysed,and the major content of each design element is introduced,which gives an efficient and convenient design for the heavy-duty electric forklift and makes it easier for the heavy-duty electric forklift to be used.The main design points of each design element are summarised and analysed,and the main contents of each design element are introduced,so as to give some reference significance to the use performance and design concept of heavy-duty forklift trucks with high efficiency,convenience and reliability.
