摘要
针对ZL29成型机人工加中线胶时,劳动强度大、效率低易造成中线胶浪费等问题,设计了一种中线胶自动加胶装置,装置含带车轮的小车、气动隔膜泵和密闭储胶桶。通过小车进行中线胶的运输,电磁阀控制气动隔膜泵加胶。实际应用结果表明,该装置能大大降低加胶人员的劳动强度,提高加胶效率,减少中线胶的损失浪费,操作方便快捷。
Aiming at the problems of high labour intensity and low efficiency of ZL29 forming machine when adding glue manually,an automatic glue adding device is designed,which contains a trolley with wheels,an air-operated diaphragm pump and an airtight glue storage barrel.Through the trolley for the transport of the glue in the line,solenoid valve control pneumatic diaphragm pump glue.The results show that the device can greatly reduce the labour intensity of glue personnel,improve the efficiency of glue,reduce the loss of glue in the middle of the waste,easy and fast operation.
