空压机排气放空复合消声器的设计研究

摘要 设计了一种复合式排气放空消声器,以有效控制空压机排气系统中的中高频噪声。该设计集成了小孔喷注、多孔扩散和片式结构,通过分级降噪显著提升了降噪效果。通过计算分析各层的插入损失和气流特性,对关键参数进行了优化。实验结果表明,复合式消声器的降噪效果比单一结构提升约17.6 dB(A),满足高温高压、大流量排气的降噪需求。此外,还对吸声材料和外护材料的选择进行了探讨,为复杂工况下消声器设计提供了技术参考。 A composite exhaust bleeder muffler is designed to effectively control the medium and high frequency noise in the exhaust system of an air compressor.The design integrates small-hole injection,porous diffusion and lamellar structure,which significantly improves the noise reduction effect by graded noise reduction.The key parameters were optimised by calculating and analysing the insertion loss and airflow characteristics of each layer.The experimental results show that the noise reduction effect of the composite muffler is improved by about 17.6 dB(A)compared with that of the single structure,which meets the noise reduction requirements of high temperature and high pressure and high flow exhaust.In addition,the selection of sound-absorbing materials and outer protection materials is also discussed,which provides technical reference for the design of mufflers under complex working conditions.
