摘要
为进一步提高煤矿局部通风机在复杂工况条件下的运行效果,以FBD型对旋轴流式通风机为研究对象,通过对其进行三维建模和仿真分析,明确其在不同工况下的两级叶轮运行特性,确定需要结合实际需要对转速进行合理调整。由此,进一步应用模糊PID控制策略对煤矿局部通风机运行特征进行控制。从试验测试结果来看,该控制策略与煤矿局部通风机两级叶轮运行特性较为契合,响应速度也较快,表明该控制策略较具可行性。
In order to further improve the operation effect of coal mine local ventilator under complex working conditions,FBD-type counter-rotating axial flow ventilator is taken as the object of research,and through three-dimensional modelling and simulation analysis,the two-stage impeller operation characteristics under different working conditions are clarified,and it is determined that it is necessary to adjust the rotational speed reasonably according to the actual needs.As a result,the fuzzy PID control strategy is further applied to control the operating characteristics of the coal mine local ventilation fan.From the experimental test results,the control strategy and the two-stage impeller operating characteristics of the coal mine local ventilator are more compatible,and the response speed is also faster,indicating that the control strategy is more feasible.
