采煤机截割部高速端齿轮断齿故障模式分析研究

摘要 针对采煤机中截割部高速端齿轮组轮齿断裂的问题,以MG300/700-WD型采煤机截割部传动系统为研究对象,运用有限元仿真分析方法完成了高速端齿轮组等效应力、法向应力、压力强度等参数的计算,计算结果远远小于齿轮材料的屈服强度,确定截割部高速端齿轮组轮齿断裂模式为疲劳断裂。进一步分析高速端齿轮组的等效应变,数值较小,不会影响齿轮组的正常运行。研究截割部高速端齿轮组的断齿故障模式,以期为采煤机运维人员提供技术参考。 In order to solve the problem of gear tooth fracture of high-speed end gear set in the cutting section of coal mining machine,taking the transmission system of the cutting section of MG300/700-WD coal mining machine as the object of research,the finite element simulation and analysis method was used to complete the calculation of equivalent force,normal stress,pressure strength and other parameters of high-speed end gear set,and the calculation results were far less than the yield strength of the gear material,so it was determined that the fracture mode of gear tooth fracture of high-speed end gear set in the cutting section was fatigue fracture.The fracture mode is fatigue fracture.Further analysis of the equivalent strain of the high-speed end gear set,the value is small,will not affect the normal operation of the gear set.The failure mode of gear tooth fracture of high-speed end gear set of cutting section is studied in order to provide technical reference for the operation and maintenance personnel of coal mining machine.
