摘要
选煤用颚式破碎机作为煤炭预处理阶段的核心设备,不仅能够提高选煤效率,还能优化煤质和降低生产成本,在选煤过程中发挥着至关重要的作用,掌握其关键部件的力学特性是提高产品结构可靠性的关键和基础。以某型号颚式破碎机为研究对象,建立其有限元模型,综合分析颚式破碎机实际运行过程中的受力情况和载荷分布,对动颚部和机架进行有限元仿真分析,获得其位移变化规律和应力应变分布情况,并提出相关结构可以优化的位置和优化方向。研究结果可为颚式破碎机的设计、优化提供参考,对于提高破碎机安全性和可靠性,延长其使用运行寿命具有参考意义。
Jaw crusher for coal beneficiation,as the core equipment of coal pretreatment stage,can not only improve the efficiency of coal beneficiation,but also optimise the coal quality and reduce the pro-duction cost,which plays a vital role in coal benefi-ciation,and mastering the mechanical properties of its key components is the key and foundation for improving the reliability of the product struc-ture.This paper takes a certain type of jaw crusher as the research object,establishes its finite element model,comprehensively analyses the force and load distribution of the jaw crusher during its actual op-eration,and carries out finite element simulation analysis on the movable jaw part and the frame to obtain the displacement change rule and the distri-bution of the stress and strain and to put forward the position and direction of optimization of the relevant structure.The results of the study can provide refer-ence for the design and optimisation of the jaw crusher,which is of reference significance for im-proving the safety and reliability of the crusher and prolonging its operating life.
