摘要
以MG132/320-W型采煤机为研究对象,对采煤机振动截割滚筒的疲劳寿命与动力学进行分析。通过构建采煤机振动截割滚筒有限元模型,并利用软件分别对滚筒的疲劳寿命特性与动力学特性进行模拟分析,为截割滚筒优化方案设计提供支持,在采煤机振动截割滚筒优化设计时,应注重对太阳轮的优化,以提高滚筒处于1、2阶次条件下的固有工作频率。通过对优化后截割滚筒应用效果的分析可知,优化后的截割滚筒使用时间更长,基本达到了延长截割滚筒使用寿命的目的,可将该分析方法大规模推广。
The fatigue life and dynamics of vibratory cutting drum of coal mining machine are analysed with MG132/320-W coal mining machine as the research object.By constructing a finite element model of the vibratory cutting drum of the coal mining machine and simulating and analysing the fatigue life and dynamic characteristics of the drum using software,the design of the optimization scheme of the cutting drum is supported,and in the optimization design of the vibratory cutting drum of the coal mining machine,attention should be paid to the optimization of the sun wheel in order to increase the inherent frequency of the drum in the 1st and 2nd order conditions.Through the analysis of the application effect of the optimised cutting drum,it can be seen that the optimised cutting drum is used for a longer time,which basically achieves the purpose of prolonging the service life of the cutting drum,and the analysis method can be promoted on a large scale.
