发电厂高压差迷宫式调节阀流动特性仿真研究

摘要 为提升高压差迷宫式调节阀应用效果,对发电厂高压差迷宫式调节阀流动特性进行仿真研究。由仿真结果可知,降压级数、弯道条件、轴径比、流道深度是影响迷宫流道流动特性的主要因素,其中,当降压级数为24、弯道条件为带圆角、轴径比为1.18、流道深度为1.6 mm时,调节阀的流动特性相对较好。通过实践应用进一步验证了仿真分析结果的准确性,按照该方案对高压差迷宫式调节阀进行优化后,可提升调节阀的调节性能,有利于更好地对发电厂蒸汽管道、冷却水系统及燃料系统中介质流量进行控制,提升发电厂运行效率,推动发电厂更好地运行与发展。 In order to improve the application effect of high-pressure difference labyrinth type control valve,the flow characteristics of high-pressure difference labyrinth type control valve in power plant are simulated.It can be seen from the simulation results that the number of bucking stages,bend conditions,shaft diameter ratio,runner depth are the main factors affecting the flow characteristics of the labyrinth runner,of which,when the number of bucking stages is 24,the bend conditions with rounded corners,the shaft diameter ratio of 1.18,the runner depth of 1.6 mm,the flow characteristics of the control valve is relatively good.The accuracy of the simulation results is further verified through practical application,and the optimization of the high-pressure differential labyrinth control valve according to this scheme can improve the regulating performance of the control valve,which is conducive to better control of the medium flow in the steam pipeline,cooling water system and fuel system of the power plant,improve the operating efficiency of the power plant,and promote better operation and development of the power plant.
