摘要
共轨柴油机燃烧噪声预测直接影响到车辆设备的运行效率。在相同负荷下建立喷油方案,测试运行工况下的燃烧噪声传递函数,通过遗传算法判断机械噪声,预测喷油策略的总噪声,深入分析燃烧噪声的传递过程。研究结果表明:以负荷差值作为计算指标确定燃烧噪声传递函数与喷油策略方法传递函数结果相近。证明测试得到的噪声信号规律是正确的。在本次验证工况下喷油策略实现精确预测,偏差值在1.5%以内,表明采用遗传算法与负荷特性预测相结合方式能够达到可靠性指标。该研究有助于提高柴油机燃烧效率,为后续的参数优化奠定一定的理论基础。
The combustion noise prediction of common rail diesel engine directly affects the operating efficiency of vehicle equipment.The fuel injection scheme was established under the same load,the combustion noise transfer function was tested under operating conditions,the mechanical noise was judged by genetic algorithm,the total noise of the fuel injection strategy was predicted,and the combustion noise transfer process was analyzed in depth.The results show that the transfer function of combustion noise determined by load difference is similar to that of fuel injection strategy method.It is proved that the law of noise signal measured in this paper is correct.Under the verified working conditions,the injection strategy can achieve accurate prediction,and the deviation value is less than 1.5%,which indicates that the reliability index can be achieved by the combination of genetic algorithm and load characteristic prediction.The research is helpful to improve the combustion efficiency of diesel engine and lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent parameter optimization.
