摘要
食品包装技术已经成为当今食品工业不可或缺的一部分。塑料作为最常用的食品接触材料(food contact materials,FCM),其安全性备受关注。未反应的单体有可能从FCM迁移到食品中,而单体的迁移过程受多种因素影响。详细阐述了FCM中单体的迁移现象、迁移机制以及影响迁移的关键因素,以期为国内相关研究者提供有价值的参考,并助力后续FCM中化学物质分析工作的顺利开展。
Food packaging technology has become an indispensable part of today's food industry.As the most commonly used Food Contact Materials(FCM),the safety of plastics has attracted much attention.Unreacted monomers may migrate from FCM to food,and the migration process of monomers is affected by many factors.This paper expounds the migration phenomenon,migration mechanism and key factors affecting migration of monomers in FCM,in order to provide valuable reference for relevant researchers in China and help the smooth development of chemical substance analysis work in FCM.
