摘要
目的:提高医疗设备计量检测覆盖率,以保障医疗设备计量准确和临床使用安全。方法:应用品管圈管理工具。以2022年计量检测数据作为基础,全面分析检测现状及漏检原因,根据现状值、圈能力及改善重点测算出目标值为95.69%。通过圈员头脑风暴,运用查检表、鱼骨图、柏拉图等手法进行要因分析,确定真因。根据六何分析法(5W1H)拟定对策,开展2023年计量检测工作。同时,根据改进前后的检测覆盖率评价改进效果。结果:医疗设备计量检测覆盖率从90.16%提高至97.55%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过品管圈活动,有效提高了计量检测覆盖率,实现信息化、形成标准化计量管理,为医疗设备质量控制工作提供有力保障,同时促进设备管理能力提升。
Objective:To improve the coverage rate of medical equipment measurement,and to ensure the accuracy of medical equipment measurement and clinical safety.Methods:Quality Control Circle management tools were used.Based on the measurement data in 2022,the current situation and the causes of missed detection were analyzed,and the target value was 95.69%.By brainstorming the circle members,using checklists,Fishbone maps,Plato and other techniques to conduct causal analysis to determine the true cause.According to the 5W1H method,the countermeasures were worked out and the 2023 measurements were carried out.At the same time,the improvement effect was evaluated according to the detection coverage before and after the improvement.Results:The coverage rate of medical equipment measurement increased from 90.16%to 97.55%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through quality control circle activity,the coverage rate of measurement and detection has been increased effectively,the information has been realized,and the standardized measurement management has been formed,which provides a strong guarantee for the quality control of medical equipment,at the same time to promote the capacity of equipment management.
