摘要
随着信息技术的快速发展,医疗设备的全生命周期管理面临着新的机遇与挑战。文章以数字X射线摄影系统为例,探讨了医疗设备从采购、使用、维护到报废四个阶段的信息化管理实践,重点分析了信息化系统如何通过流程优化、远程监控维护、预防性维护计划、故障报修与跟踪、配件管理以及综合管理与优化等措施,显著提升了数字X射线摄影设备的使用效率和服务质量。此外,文章还介绍了东软集团提供的智慧超声信息系统,展示了该系统在超声设备管理中的应用效果,特别是在规范超声检查流程、提高科室管理水平、促进团队技能提升等方面的优势。
With the rapid development of information technology,the life-cycle management of medical equipment is facing new opportunities and challenges.Taking digital X-ray imaging system as an example,this paper discusses the information management practice of medical equipment in four stages,from procurement,use,maintenance to scrap.The paper focuses on how the information system can significantly improve the use efficiency and service quality of DR equipment through process optimization,remote monitoring and maintenance,preventive maintenance planning,fault repair and tracking,parts management and comprehensive management and optimization.In addition,this paper also introduces the intelligent ultrasound information system(USIS)provided by neusoft group,and shows the application effect of the system in ultrasonic equipment management,especially in standardizing the ultrasonic examination process,improving the management level of the department,and promoting the improvement of team skills.
