摘要
作为医疗设备全生命周期管理中的重要环节,医疗设备验收工作的高效开展有助于实现医院的高水平发展。结合湖南省人民医院在医疗设备验收工作中的实践经验,详细梳理了医疗设备验收流程,并通过分析导致验收失败的常见原因以及国内医院设备验收工作的现状,讨论验收工作的管理策略。完善的验收流程以及精细化的管理方法,能显著提高验收工作的质量。
As an important link in the whole life cycle management of medical equipment,the efficient implementation of medical equipment acceptance is conducive to the high-level development of hospitals.Based on the practical experience of Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital in medical equipment acceptance work,this paper details the acceptance process of medical equipment and discusses the management strategies of acceptance work by analyzing the common reasons for acceptance failure and the current situation of equipment acceptance work in domestic hospitals.A complete acceptance process and refined management methods can significantly improve the quality of acceptance work.
