液基薄层细胞制片与病理组织学检查诊断宫颈病变价值研究

摘要 目的:液基薄层细胞制片与病理组织学检查诊断宫颈病变价值研究。方法:选择2023年1月~2023年12月到本院实施宫颈病变相关检查的2150例患者作为研究对象,对其宫颈脱落细胞予以采集,运用液基薄层细胞学技术,并以液基细胞学标准进行诊断,以阴道镜下活检的形式诊断意义不明的不典型鳞状细胞以上病变者,具体分析活检结果及细胞学检测结果。结果:2150例液基薄层细胞学检查中发生低级别上皮内病变41例;非典型性细胞增生104例;未见上皮内病变2005例;有病变患者年龄:20~30岁有21例;31~50岁有92例;51~75岁有32例。结论:液基薄层细胞学检查可以提高诊断的准确性和敏感性,有助于早期发现宫颈病变,进而及时干预治疗。 Objective:To study the diagnostic value of liquid based thin-layer cell sectioning and histopathological examination for cervical lesions.Methods:Select the period from January 2023 to December 2023.2150 patients who underwent cervical lesion related examinations in the hospital were selected as the research subjects.Cervical exfoliated cells were collected and liquid based thin-layer cytology technology was used,diagnosis will be made using liquid based cytology standards,and atypical squamous cell lesions with unclear significance will be diagnosed through vaginal biopsy.Specific analysis will be conducted.Biopsy results and cytological testing results.Results:Among 2150 cases of liquid based thin-layer cytology examination,41 cases of low-grade intraepithelial lesions occurred;Atypical fine 104 cases of cell proliferation;No intraepithelial lesions were observed in 2005 cases;Age of patients with lesions:21 cases aged 20-30 years old;There were 92 cases between the ages of 31 and 50;There are 32 cases between the ages of 51 and 75.Conclusion:Liquid based thin-layer cytology examination can improve the accuracy and sensitivity of diagnosis,which is helpful for early detection of cervical lesions and timely intervention and treatment.
