摘要
目的:观察高频彩色多普勒超声(简称彩超)与弹性成像技术联合应用对乳腺占位性病变的诊断效能。方法:回顾性分析2022年3月~2024年3月本院收治的乳腺占位病变患者病历资料共86例,所有患者行病理明确诊断前均曾完善高频彩超及弹性成像技术检查。将病理诊断结果作为金标准,分别统计单纯高频彩超检查(简称高频彩超)、单纯超声弹性成像技术检查(简称弹性成像)及两者联合检查(简称联合检查)的结果,并将其与病理检查结果相对比,计算三种检查方式各自的准确度、灵敏度、特异度,评价其临床诊断效能。结果:86例乳腺占位病变患者中,经病理检查37例确诊乳腺恶性肿瘤,而49例为良性乳腺占位病变。联合检查患者灵敏度显著高于高频彩超和弹性成像(91.43%,81.08%,81.58%,P<0.05);联合检查特异度显著优于高频彩超和弹性成像(93.88%,79.59%,85.71%,P<0.05);联合检查准确度显著优于高频彩超和弹性成像(90.70%,80.23%,84.88%,P<0.05)。结论:与单一高频彩超及弹性成像技术相比,高频彩超与弹性成像技术联合应用对乳腺占位病变的鉴别诊断,具有更高的诊断效能。
Objective:To observe the diagnostic efficacy of the combined application of high-frequency color ultrasound and elastography technology for breast space occupying lesions.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the case data of 86 patients with breast space occupying lesions admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024.All patients had completed high-frequency ultrasound and elastography examinations before undergoing pathological diagnosis.Using the pathological diagnosis results as the gold standard,the results of the high-frequency ultrasound examination group(referred to as the high-frequency Doppler color ultrasound),the ultrasound elastography examination group(referred to as the ultrasonic elastography),and the combined application of the two(referred to as the combined application)were counted and compared with the pathological examination results.The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of each of the three examination methods were calculated to evaluate their clinical diagnostic efficacy.Results:Among the 86 patients with breast mass lesions,37 were diagnosed with malignant breast tumors through pathological examination,while 49 were diagnosed with benign breast mass lesions.The sensitivity of the combined application was 91.43%,significantly higher than that of the high-frequency Doppler color ultrasound(81.08%)and the ultrasonic elastography(81.58%),both P<0.05;The specificity of the combined application was 93.88%,significantly better than the high-frequency Doppler color ultrasound(79.59%)and the ultrasonic elastography(85.71%),both P<0.05;The accuracy of the combined application was 90.70%,significantly better than the high-frequency Doppler color ultrasound(80.23%)and the ultrasonic elastography(84.88%),both P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with single high-frequency ultrasound and elastography techniques,the combined application of high-frequency ultrasound and elastography has higher diagnostic efficiency for the differential diagnosis of breast space occupying lesions.
