摘要
目的观察散风通窍滴丸治疗儿童急性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法选取2023年10月至2024年4月收治的80例急性鼻-鼻窦炎肺经蕴热证患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。两组均服用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒,在此基础上,观察组加用散风通窍滴丸治疗,对照组加用苍耳子鼻炎滴丸治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、临床疗效、安全性及炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组主、次症各项积分均下降,且观察组鼻塞、流涕、鼻甲肥大、鼻黏膜充血、咳嗽积分均低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组头痛、嗅觉下降积分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论散风通窍滴丸能有效改善急性鼻-鼻窦炎患儿临床症状,降低炎症因子水平,提升疗效,且安全性好。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sanfeng Tongqiao Diwan in the treatment of acute rhinosinusitis in children.Methods Eighty children with acute rhinosinusitis and lung meridian heat accumulation syndrome who were admitted from October 2023 to April 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups took amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium granules.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Sanfeng Tongqiao Diwan,and the control group was treated with Cang'erzi Biyan Diwan.The TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,safety and inflammatory factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of the main and secondary symptoms in both groups decreased.Moreover,the scores of nasal congestion,runny nose,hypertrophy of the nasal conchae,nasal mucosa congestion and cough in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of headache and decreased sense of smell between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and serum amyloid A(SAA)in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sanfeng Tongqiao Diwan can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with acute rhinosinusitis,reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,enhance the therapeutic effect,and have good safety.
