深入推进长三角区域食品安全信息追溯一体化,提升长三角区域食品安全总体水平,是发挥长三角区域带动示范作用,落实长三角区域一体化国家战略的生动实践。本文阐述了新形势下食品安全信息追溯对于全面保障食品安全的重大意义,长三角区域食品安全信息追溯一体化建设历程、阶段成效和存在问题,以及上海市推进食品安全信息追溯的经验做法,机制创新和技术创新将成为深化长三角区域食品安全信息追溯一体化的强大引擎和不竭动力。
To further promote the integration of food safety information traceability and improve the overall level of food safety in the Yangtze River Delta region is a vivid practice to give play to the leading role of the Yangtze River Delta region and implement the national strategy of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta region.This paper expounds the great significance of food safety information traceability for the comprehensive protection of food safety under the new situation,the process,stage results and existing problems of the integrated construction of food safety information traceability in the Yangtze River Delta region,and the experience and practice of promoting food safety information traceability in Shanghai.It is proposed that mechanism innovation and technological innovation will become a powerful engine and inexhaustible driving force for deepening the integration of food safety information traceability in the Yangtze River Delta region.
