重载机车异质群组操纵特性建模与协同控制 被引量:5

摘要 随着我国低碳经济、绿色环保发展的实施,同时考虑繁忙重载铁路普遍采用电力机车和内燃机车混合运营的压力,运用分布式协同操纵技术实现重载机车群组节能运行已成为迫切需要解决的现实问题。结合机车异质群组不匹配特性建模和通信一体化框架,首先对具有不同操纵特性的机车群组进行分析,给出了能够满足重载机车群组大功率牵引的稳定拓扑图,进而建立了能够描述重载机车异质群组不匹配特性的传递函数矩阵模型。为实现重载机车群组最优一致性控制,采用分布式动态矩阵控制对机车群组的不匹配时滞特性进行精准调节。基于交流电力机车HXD3、直流电力机车SS4B和内燃机车HXN3异质群组的联合仿真表明:1)作为领航车的HXD3能够迅速响应,作为列尾的HXN3交替响应,作为中部机车的SS4B机车最后响应,对应的编组模式能够最大程度弥补直流电力机车SS4B大滞后响应特性;2)基于构建的重载机车群组协同控制结构,所选机车群组操纵级位组合能耗最低,最不利操纵级位组合对应的最大能耗包络线也在允许范围内波动;3)提出的方案既能对不同类型重载机车低碳模式下稳定编组提供参考,又能降低司机劳动强度,实现安全平稳操纵。 With the implementation of low-carbon economy and green environmental protection in China,and considering the pressure of mixed operation of electric locomotive and diesel locomotive in busy heavy-haul railway,it has become an urgent practical problem to realize energy-saving operation of heavy-haul locomotive group by using distributed cooperative operation technology.Focus on the heterogeneous fleets modeling and communication integration framework,this paper firstly analyzed the locomotive fleets with dynamic control settings,and then developed the stable topology structure that could satisfy the high-power traction of the fleets.Following this way,the transfer function matrix model which could describe the mismatching characteristics had been built.In order to achieve the optimal consistency control of heavy-haul locomotive fleets,distributed dynamic matrix control had been used to accurately adjust the mismatch time-delay characteristics.The joint simulation based on the heterogeneous fleets of AC electric locomotive HXD3,DC electric locomotive SS4B and diesel locomotive HXN3 has shown as follows.(1)The leader with HXD3 can respond quickly,the tail with HXN3 will response later,and the middle locomotive with SS4B is required to act in the last.As a result,the marshalling mode will overcome the large time-delay feature of SS4B.(2)Based on the proposed cooperative control structure of heavy-haul locomotive fleets,the energy consumption corresponding to the selected control settings is the lowest,and the maximum energy consumption envelope with the most unfavorable control settings also fluctuates within the allowable range.(3)The developed scheme can not only provide a reference for the stable marshalling,but also alleviate drivers’labor and achieve safe and optimal operation.
