在现代电力系统中,干式变压器的振动问题对其运行稳定性和寿命具有重要影响。振动主要来源于电磁力、机械结构和冷却系统,这些振动通过变压器的支撑结构传递到地基和周围环境。高效的隔振装置设计需要深入分析干式变压器的振动特性,选择合适的隔振元件和材料,如弹簧、橡胶垫和复合阻尼材料,确保隔振装置在工作频率范围内具有最佳隔振效果。多层隔振结构通过不同层次材料的组合,可以实现对不同频率范围内振动的有效隔离,显著降低振动传递率。优化设计过程中,需要通过参数优化、结构优化和材料选择来提升隔振装置的整体性能。
In modern power systems,the vibration problem of dry-type transformers has an important impact on its oper⁃ating stability and life.Vibrations mainly originate from electromagnetic forces,mechanical structures and cooling sys⁃tems.These vibrations are transmitted to the foundation and surrounding environment through the support structure of the transformer.The design of efficient vibration isolation devices requires in-depth analysis of the vibration characteristics of dry-type transformers and the selection of appropriate vibration isolation components and materials,such as springs,rubber pads and composite damping materials,to ensure that the vibration isolation device has the best vibration isola⁃tion effect within the operating frequency range.Through the combination of different layers of materials,the multi-layer vibration isolation structure can effectively isolate vibrations in different frequency ranges and significantly reduce the vibration transmissibility.During the optimization design process,it is necessary to improve the overall performance of the vibration isolation device through parameter optimization,structural optimization and material selection.
