摘要
随着“双碳”目标下分布式电源渗透率提高,需求响应不断深入,负荷侧资源主动参与电网调控能力增强。首先分析电网中负荷节点调节潜力影响因素,提出采用改进的主成分分析法对负荷节点的调节潜力进行量化评估;在此基础上,建立考虑负荷节点调节量的多轮次切负荷优化模型,采用改进白鲸算法进行优化求解;最后,结合某地区实际电网进行仿真分析。结果表明:负荷节点调节潜力较大的负荷不仅不会被切除,而且其调节量可以主动参与到切负荷的优化调控中,减少电网实际切负荷量,有效保障电网安全运行。
With the increasing penetration rate of distributed power supply under the target"Carbon Peaking,Carbon Neutrality",the demand response continues to deepen,and the ability of load side resources to actively participate in power grid regulation is enhanced.Firstly,analyze the factors affecting the regulation potential of load nodes in the power grid,and proposes to use an improved principal component analysis method to quantitatively evaluate the regulation potential of load nodes.On this basis,a multi-round load shedding optimization model considering the adjustment of load nodes was established,and an improved beluga whale algorithm was used for optimized solution.Finally,based on the actual power grid in a certain region,the simulation analysis was conclucted.The result shows that loads with high potential for load node regulation will not be cut off,and their regulation can actively participate in the optimization and regulation of load shedding,reducing the actual load shedding of the power grid and effectively ensuring the safe operation of the power grid.
