中国传统师德规范的要义与价值

The Core Connotations and Significance of Traditional Chinese Teacher Ethical Norms

摘要 传统师德规范是中华传统文化和教育思想的重要组成部分,其要义包括:以“君子儒”的境界确立教师对待教育事业的基本行为准则;以“师道尊严”“教学相长”“以身作则”作为教师处理与学生关系的基本遵循;以“忠恕”“友善”“能群互学”“尊和不争”作为教师确定与其他教师关系的基本师德规范要求;将“有教无类”作为教师对待不同学生家庭的美好道德期望。中国优秀传统师德规范的主要特征与时代价值主要体现在:中国传统师德规范与古代社会对教师的基本功能定位高度吻合;师德规范与中华优秀传统文化的核心特质保持高度一致;修订师德规范应统筹兼顾社会主流伦理观念及教育规律对师德的要求;辩证平衡的思维方式应当贯穿制定和调整师德规范的始终。 Traditional teacher ethical norms are an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture and educational thoughts.They mainly include establishing the basic norms of conduct for teachers who devote themselves to teaching with the spirit of"Confucian scholars",taking"teachers'dignity","mutual learning between teachers and students"and"setting an example"as the basic guidelines for teachers in dealing with the relationship with students,taking"loyalty and forgiveness""friendliness""mutual learning among groups"and "respect and non-contention"as the basic requirements for teachers to maintain the relationship with others,and treating students from different families with the attitude"education for all without discrimination".The contemporary value of the excellent traditional Chinese teacher ethics code is mainly reflected in the following:the revision of the teacher ethics code should be highly consistent with the functional positioning of the professional career of teachers in contemporary society;the teacher ethics code should fully absorb the core qualities of the excellent traditional Chinese culture;the revision of the teacher ethics code should take into account the mainstream ethical concepts of the society as well as the requirements of education law on teacher ethics;the dialectical and balanced way of thinking should be carried through the formulation and adjustment of the teacher ethics code.
