摘要
高职院校教师作为教育的中坚力量,其数字化素养的高低直接影响教学质量和效果的好坏。本文在介绍高职院校教师数字素养的内涵与核心要素的基础上,概括了当前高职院校教师数字素养的现状,并分别从明确数字素养培育目标、探索数字素养培训模式、搭建数字化实践平台、推动科研与教学深度融合、完善数字素养评价体系和激励机制几个方面提出了数字化时代背景下高职院校教师数字素养培育体系的构建策略。
As the backbone of education,the level of digital literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges directly affects the quality and effect of teaching.Based on the introduction of the connotation and core elements of digital literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper summarizes the current situation of digital literacy of teachers and proposes strategies to establish the digital literacy cultivation system in the context of digital age.The strategies include clarifying the cultivation goals of digital literacy;exploring the digital literacy training model;building a digital practice platform;promoting the in-depth integration of scientific research and teaching;improving the digital literacy evaluation system and incentive mechanism.
