摘要
随着国家“十四五”期间新一代信息技术相关产业的建设与发展,各领域对信息技术人才的需求更加凸显。本文从高职院校信息技术人才培养现状出发,通过构建信息技术人才培养路径,提出了如何为社会经济建设发展输送更加贴合岗位实际需求的信息技术人才,以使培养的信息技术人才快速高效地融入企业的生产实际中,解决高职院校人才培养与企业用人需求脱节等问题,从而进一步促进学生适应岗位需求。
With the construction and development of a new generation of information technology related industries during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,the demand for information technology talents in various fields will be more prominent.Based on the current situation of information technology talent training in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes how to provide information technology talents who are more suitable for the actual needs of positions for social and economic construction and development,so that the cultivated information technology talents can be quickly and efficiently integrated into the production practice of enterprises,and solve the problems such as the disconnection between talent training of higher vocational colleges and employment needs of enterprises,further promoting students to adapt to the job requirements.
