摘要
“五育并举”明确了以德育、智育、体育、美育及劳育为基本目标的教育改革方向。然而,在高职中药学专业“五育并举”教学实践中,困囿于教育理念认知、资源配置、课程融合和评价体系等主要问题,多元育人效果不佳。为此,本文提出以德育为先导、智育为核心、体育为保障、美育为滋养、劳育为助力的多维发展路径,并从强化师资队伍建设、优化教学资源整合、完善评价机制三个维度构建起坚实的人才培养保障体系,从而为高职院校中药学专业发展和人才培养提供理路借鉴。
The simultaneous development of five-sphere education clarifies the educational reform direction with moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education,and labor education as the basic goals.However,in the teaching practice of developing five-sphere education simultaneously in traditional Chinese medicine major in higher vocational colleges,the problems in educational concepts,resource allocation,curriculum integration,and evaluation system,result in the unsatisfactory effect of diversified education.Therefore,the paper proposes a multidimensional development path with moral education as the guide,intellectual education as the core,physical education as the guarantee,aesthetic education as the nourishment,and labor education as the assistance.And it builds a solid talent training guarantee system from three dimensions:strengthening the development of the teaching staff,optimizing the integration of teaching resources,and improving the evaluation mechanism,providing theoretical reference for the development and talent cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine major in higher vocational colleges.
