摘要
PLC在工业生产中应用广泛,实用性非常强,对操作人员的要求高[1]。高职院校在PLC实训教学中特别注重对学生实践动手能力的培养[2]。近年来,随着高职院校不断扩大招生规模,高职院校普遍存在PLC实训设备不足等问题。本文分析了PLC实训课程亟须解决的问题,提出了基于虚拟仿真软件的PLC实训课程改革思路,并以抚顺职业技术学院为例,介绍了改革实施的过程和取得的成效,为高职院校相关专业的实训课程改革提供了有益参考。
PLC is widely used in industrial production,with strong practicality and high requirements for operators.And higher vocational colleges pay special attention to cultivating students'practical and hands-on ability in PLC practical training teaching.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of enrollment scale in higher vocational colleges,there are generally problems like insufficient PLC training equipment.This paper analyzes the problems that need to be solved in PLC practical training course,proposes a reform idea for PLC practical training course based on virtual simulation software,and takes Fushun Vocational Technology Institute as an example to introduce the process of reform implementation and the results achieved,offering useful reference for the reform of practical training courses in related majors in higher vocational colleges.
