摘要
大学生创新创业教育承担着培养创新型人才、推动科技进步和经济社会发展的重要任务,是实施创新驱动发展战略的主要举措之一。本文以辽宁建筑职业学院为例,分析并探讨了高职院校在创新创业教育改革过程中的实施路径与有效策略。通过实施“三创渐进式”人才培养模式、搭建“四方联动制”综合性创新创业教育实践平台、打造“五维融合型”实践育人“共同体”等举措,有效提升了学生的创新创业能力,促进了就业创业,为高职院校创新创业教育改革工作带来参考与启示。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students bears the important task of cultivating innovative talents,promoting technological progress,and economic and social development.It is one of the key measures to implement the innovation-driven development strategy.Taking Liaoning Jianzhu Vocational University as an example,this paper explores the implementation paths and effective strategies in the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.By implementing the“creativity inspiration-innovative practice-entrepreneurship incubation progressive”talent cultivation mode,establishing a“quadripartite collaboration”comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship education practice platform,and creating a“five-dimension integrated”practical education“community”,the university has effectively enhanced students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,promoted employment and entrepreneurship,and provided reference and inspiration for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.
