摘要
受欠发达地区企业规模小、行业类型散、研发能力弱等因素影响,欠发达地区高校与企业的产教融合水平相对较低。为此,本文以铁岭市为例,在分析了目前欠发达地区产教融合存在“散、弱、虚、恙”的基础上,提出了基于多角度协同的产教融合创新路径,搭建了人才促进区域发展的桥梁。
Affected by factors such as small enterprise scale,scattered industry types and weak R&D capability in underdeveloped areas,the level of integration of industry and education between universities and enterprises is relatively low.Therefore,taking Tieling City as an example,the paper analyzes the problems of“fragmentation,weakness,and deficiency”in the integration of industry and education in underdeveloped areas,and proposes an innovative path of integration of industry and education based on multi-angle collaboration,building a bridge between talent growth and regional development.
