摘要
加强廉洁文化建设对于推进党的自我革命具有重大政治意义,是一体推进“三不腐”的基础性工程,是纵深推进全面从严治党的重要支撑。国有企业作为国民经济的重要支柱,面临复杂多变的市场环境和日益严格的监管要求,其廉洁文化建设不仅关乎企业自身健康发展、兴衰成败,更对国家经济安全和社会稳定具有深远影响。聚焦全面从严治党的新时代背景,研究国有企业加强廉洁文化建设的重要性、实践探索、面临挑战及思路举措,以期进一步深化对廉洁文化建设的认识,总结其中规律,提升工作成效,助力国有企业提高治理水平,实现高质量发展。
Strengthening integrity culture construction holds significant political importance in advancing the Party's self-reform,serving as a foundational project to comprehensively promote the"three not"mechanism and a critical pillar for deepening the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party.As vital pillars of the national economy,state-owned enterprises(SOEs)operate within a complex and evolving market environment while facing increasingly stringent regulatory demands.Their integrity culture construction not only directly impacts their own healthy development and long-term viability,but also profoundly influences national economic security and social stability.Against the backdrop of the New Era's emphasis on comprehensive and strict Party governance,this paper examines the strategic significance,practical explorations,challenges,and strategic initiatives of reinforcing integrity culture within SOEs.It aims to deepen theoretical understanding,identify patterns and lessons,enhance implementation effectiveness,and ultimately elevate SOE governance standards to achieve high-quality development.
