摘要
通过对某炼化企业炼油综合能耗、单因能耗进行对标分析,认为该企业能耗高的主要原因是炼油四大装置和加氢装置能耗高,部分装置老旧、产能低下、装置负荷率偏低,且热电装置技术经济指标较差。为积极响应国家节能降碳行动方案,促进炼化企业绿色低碳高质量发展,结合该企业运行现状及炼化一体化发展方向,从6个方面提出炼化企业实现节能降碳的途径,即加速淘汰低产能、加快设备更新、推广节能降耗技术、实施加热炉节能改造、提高用电效能、开展公用系统用能优化等。
This article conducts a benchmarking of the comprehensive refinery energy consumption and single-factor energy consumption of a certain refining and chemical enterprise,and analyzes that the high energy consumption of this enterprise is mainly due to the high energy consumption of the four major refining units and the hydrogenation unit,the aging of some units,the low production capacity,the low unit load rate,and the poor technical and economic indicators of the thermoelectric unit.In order to actively respond to the national energy conservation and carbon reduction action plan and promote the green,low-carbon and high-quality development of refinery enterprises,combining with the current operation status of the Enterprise and the development direction of refining and chemical integration,this article proposes six ways for refining and chemical enterprises to achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction,including accelerating the elimination of low production capacity,speeding up equipment renewal,promoting energy-saving technologies,implementing energy-saving renovation of the heating furnace,improving the efficiency of electricity consumption,and optimizing the energy consumption of the public utility system.
