摘要
京津冀地区是我国重要的天然气消费市场,在系统梳理区域天然气储运设施布局和资源市场现状的基础上,采用供需平衡分析法和不均匀性分析法对2025年和2030年京津冀地区天然气供需形势进行预测,提出储运设施存在问题和发展建议。研究表明,未来京津冀地区天然气需求将持续增长,资源供应呈多元化趋势,但由于进口俄罗斯天然气供应量增加,东北资源通道和南下外输通道能力不足,同时受季节用气波动影响,本地储气库难以满足调峰需求。因此建议继续拓展天然气高效利用,完善多元化资源供应体系,加快资源通道建设,构建区域资源集散枢纽,推进本地储气库达容达产并加强东北储气库和沿海液化天然气储罐利用。
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important natural gas consumption market in China.Based on the systematic review of the layout of regional natural gas storage and transportation facilities and the current situation of the resource market,this paper analyzes the supply and demand situation of natural gas in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in 2025 and 2030 with balance analysis method and non-uniformity analysis method,and put forwards the existing problems and development suggestions of storage and transportation facilities The research shows that the future natural gas demand in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will continue to grow,and the resource supply will show a diversified trend.Due to the increase of imported Russian natural gas,the capacity of the northeast resource channel and the South export channel is insufficient,and affected by seasonal fluctuations in gas consumption,the local gas storage is difficult to meet the peak shaving demand.Therefore,it is suggested to continue to expand the efficient utilization of natural gas,improve the diversified resource supply system,speed up the construction of resource channels,build regional resource distribution hubs,promote the capacity and production of local gas storage tanks,and strengthen the utilization of northeast gas storage tanks and coastal LNG storage tanks.
