铁死亡和相关miRNA在缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

摘要 缺血性脑卒中血脑屏障破坏后血液中铁进入脑实质增多,铁的累积可以导致由Fenton反应引起的自由基增加,继而发生铁死亡。微小RNA(miRNA)作为转录后基因沉默的重要介质,在缺血性脑卒中病理过程中起着至关重要的作用,是参与调节脑缺血所致铁死亡发生的关键分子。随着研究的深入,发现铁死亡及相关miRNA不仅在缺血性脑卒中的发生发展中起到调节作用,而且也参与药物治疗过程中,有望找到对缺血性脑卒中更精确的治疗方法。 After the destruction of the blood-brain barrier in ischemic stroke,the amount of iron in the blood entering the brain parenchyma increases,and the accumulation of iron can lead to the increase of free radicals caused by Fenton reaction,and then ferroptosis occurs.MiRNA as an important medium of post-transcriptional gene silencing,plays a crucial role in the pathological process of ischemic stroke.It is a key molecule involved in regulating the occurrence of ferroptosis caused by cerebral ischemia.With the deepening of research,it has been found that ferroptosis and related miRNA not only play a regulatory role in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke,but also participate in the process of drug therapy.It is expected to find more precise treatment methods for ischemic stroke.
