摘要
Steinmetz方程是用于估算铁损(尤其是铁芯损耗)的经验公式,广泛应用于电机、电变压器和电感等电气设备的设计和分析中。Steinmetz方程在磁芯损耗的预测中简便易用,但在面对不同工作温度时,预测精度较低。通过深入分析Steinmetz方程的局限性,提出了两种基于温度因子的磁芯损耗预测模型。第一种采用Tanh函数构造温度因子,确保在温度变化时模型平滑过渡,提升对突变情况的适应能力;第二种通过Logistic函数,进一步改善了模型在接近基准温度时的平滑性,避免了临界点的突变现象。通过数据拟合确定相关参数,实验结果表明,在不同温度下两种优化后的模型提高了磁芯损耗预测的准确率。
The Steinmetz equation is an empirical formula used to estimate iron loss,particularly core loss,and is widely applied in the design and analysis of electrical equipment such as motors,transformers,and inductors.While the Steinmetz equation is convenient and easy to use for predicting core loss,it has lower accuracy when accounting for different operating temperatures.By thoroughly analyzing the limitations of the Steinmetz equation,two temperature-based core loss prediction models are proposed.The first model employs a Tanh function to construct the temperature factor,ensuring smooth transitions in the model with changing temperatures and improving adaptability to abrupt changes.The second model uses a Logistic function to further enhance model smoothness near the reference temperature,thereby avoiding sudden transitions at critical points.By determining relevant parameters through data fitting,experimental results show that the two optimized models improve the accuracy of magnetic core loss prediction under different temperatures.
