质量质心转动惯量测试设备的设计及检验

摘要 设计并检验了一种质量质心转动惯量测试设备,该设备集成了机械台体、电控系统、专用电缆和标准样柱等关键组件。关键技术包括:基于力平衡与力矩平衡原理的质量质心测量技术,利用三只测力传感器实现产品质量与轴向质心的精确计算;质偏测量技术,通过转动产品至多个角度并测量传感器受力数据,结合静力矩平衡原理计算偏心距和偏心角;升降结构技术,采用直线导轨导向和滚珠丝杆驱动,实现高精度升降与称重传感器的加载卸载。此外,设备还配备了箱式结构的测量架和前后滚转工装,以保证测量的精度和稳定性。通过标定和检验方法,验证了设备在质量、质心、质偏及转动惯量测量方面的准确性、线性度和重复性精度。研究结果表明,该设备能够为具有回转结构产品的质量、质心、质偏和转动惯量提供精准测试,为相关领域结构特征量静态参数的研究和应用提供了理论和技术支持。 This article designs and tests a mass center of mass moment of inertia testing device,which integrates key components such as a mechanical platform,an electrical control system,dedicated cables,and standard sample columns.The key technologies include:mass center of mass measurement technology based on the principles of force balance and torque balance,using three force sensors to achieve accurate calculation of product mass and axial center of mass;quality deviation measurement technology involves rotating the product at multiple angles and measuring sensor force data,combined with the principle of static torque balance to calculate eccentricity and eccentricity angle;and the lifting structure technology adopts linear guide and ball screw drive to achieve high-precision lifting and loading/unloading of weighing sensors.In addition,the equipment is equipped with a box type measuring frame and front and rear rolling fixtures to ensure measurement accuracy and stability.The accuracy,linearity,and repeatability of the equipment in measuring mass,center of mass,mass deviation,and moment of inertia were verified through calibration and verification methods.The research conclusion indicates that the device can provide accurate testing for the mass,center of mass,mass deviation,and moment of inertia of products with rotating structures,providing theoretical and technical support for the research and application of static parameters of structural characteristic quantities in related fields.
