基于F-theta 透镜与楔镜分束的太赫兹技术研究

摘要 为了提高太赫兹线扫描成像系统的扫描精度与信息提取的准确性,优化设计了其中的分束系统与扫描系统。设计了不同角度的楔镜将平板分束镜中多次反射所产生的回波信号消除,分析了不同楔角下的信号强度,并将高阻硅楔镜、薄膜分束器与HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)楔镜进行信号强度对比。设计了准直透镜和F-theta透镜组成的扫描系统,通过使用非球面使得F-theta透镜的视场角在±30°内实现等相位,最后给出透镜扫描的实验结果与预期相符合,误差小于1%。 In order to improve the scanning accuracy and information extraction accuracy of the terahertz line scanning imaging system,the beam splitting system and scanning system are optimized.Wedge mirrors with different angles were designed to eliminate the echo signal generated by multiple reflections in the flat beam splitter,the signal intensity at different wedge angles was analyzed,and the signal strength of the high-impedance silicon wedge mirror,thin film beam splitter and HDPE(highdensity polyethylene)wedge mirror was compared.A scanning system composed of collimating lens and F-theta lens is designed,and the field of view of the F-theta lens is equal in±30°by using aspheric surface,and finally the experimental results of lens scanning are consistent with the expected error,which is less than 1%.
