位置无序对不对称分裂环超表面性能影响

摘要 超表面是一种二维的亚波长人工结构,通过设计其单元模型或排布方式可以实现对电磁波振幅、相位和偏振等特性的调控。超表面通常采用光刻、自组装和纳米压印光刻等技术加工,但是由于加工误差、材料缺陷或环境因素等原因会产生无序效应,从而使其特性发生变化。不对称分裂环(Asymmetric Split Ring,ASR)具有各向异性,通过调整ASR的几何参数,可以精确调控超表面的电磁响应,具有较高设计自由度,因此研究了4~8 GHz微波波段下位置无序对ASR超表面传输特性和电场特性的影响。研究结果表明:由于ASR具有磁偶极子的响应机制,位置无序会导致其谐振响应减弱,共振带隙拓展0.13 GHz,品质因数降低20.66;同时,位置无序还能使超表面的能量更加集中和聚焦,可用于实现电谐振的增强。 Metasurface is a two-dimensional sub-wavelength artificial structure,which can be designed to control the amplitude,phase and polarization of electromagnetic waves by designing its unit model or arrangement.Metasurfaces are typically processed using techniques such as photolithography,self-assembly,and nanoimprint lithography,but disorder effects can occur due to processing errors,material defects,or environmental factors,which can change their properties.Asymmetric split ring(ASR)is anisotropic,and the electromagnetic response of the metasurface can be precisely controlled by adjusting the geometric parameters of the ASR,and it has a high degree of design freedom,so the influence of position disorder on the transmission characteristics and electric field characteristics of ASR metasurfaces in the microwave band of 4~8 GHz was studied in this paper.The results show that due to the magnetic dipole response mechanism of ASR,the resonant response of ASR will be weakened by position disorder,the resonance band gap will be expanded by 0.13 GHz,and the figure of merit will be reduced by 20.66.At the same time,the positional disorder also makes the energy of the super-surface more concentrated and focused,which can be used to realize the enhancement of the electric resonance.
