摘要
新时代背景下,培养高素质法治人才关键之一在于构建一套与时俱进的法学教育方法。通过梳理和归纳储槐植教授的刑事一体化与刘仁文研究员的立体刑法学观点可知,刑法学研究的“一体化理念”以哲学上的关系本体论为指导,其本质是主张跨学科、多维性、立体性、整体性的研究范式。将刑法学研究的“一体化理念”还原到刑法学教学中,形成刑法学教学的“一体化”,即理论教学与案例教学的“一体化”、线下教学与线上教学的“一体化”、刑法学教学与其他学科教学的“一体化”以及研究性教学与应用性教学的“一体化”,有利于塑造学生的精神内核、培养学生的刑法思维、提升学生的能力。
in the context of the new era,one of the key factors in cultivating high-quality legal talents is to build a set of up-to-date legal education methods.By sorting out and summarizing Professor Chu Huaizhi's views on criminal integration and Researcher Liu Renwen's views on three-dimensional criminal law,it can be seen that the integration concept in criminal law re⁃search is guided by philosophical ontology of relationships,and its essence is to advocate interdisciplinary,multidimensional,three-dimensional,and holistic research paradigms.It is proposed to restore the integrated concept of criminal law research to criminal law teaching,forming the integration of criminal law teaching,namely the integration of theoretical teaching and case teaching,offline teaching and online teaching,criminal law teaching and other academic disciplines,as well as the integration of research-based teaching and applied teaching.This is conducive to shaping students'spiritual core,cultivating their criminal law thinking,and enhancing their abilities.
