34%三氯吡氧乙酸丁氧基乙酯·双氟磺草胺乳油防治小麦田一年生阔叶杂草田间药效评价

Control efficacy evaluation of triclopyr-butotyl·florasulam 34%EC against annual broadleaf weeds in wheat fields

摘要 [目的]明确34%三氯吡氧乙酸丁氧基乙酯·双氟磺草胺乳油对小麦田一年生阔叶杂草的防效及其对作物的安全性。[方法]本试验采用苗后茎叶喷雾处理进行田间药效试验。[结果]34%三氯吡·双氟乳油于小麦苗后施用有效成分用量255~382.5 g a.i./hm^(2),即制剂用量为750~1125 g/hm^(2)时,可有效防治藜、铁苋菜、卷茎蓼、反枝苋、苍耳等多种一年生阔叶杂草,且药效持效期较长,对少量受害后未死亡残存杂草具有较强的后期生长抑制作用。施药后30 d调查,小麦田阔叶杂草总草株防效为87.1%~94.3%,鲜质量防效为88.3%~95.5%。试验药剂各剂量处理后观察,小麦整个生育期均未出现药害症状,且未见对其他生物及周边作物有影响。各药剂处理区与空白对照区比较增产显著,增产率达52.1%~70.4%。[结论]34%三氯吡·双氟乳油能够有效防除小麦田一年生阔叶杂草,且对小麦安全,推荐施用剂量范围为255~382.5 g a.i./hm^(2)(即制剂用量750~1125 g/hm^(2))。 [Aims]In order to confirm the control effect of triclopyr-butotyl·florasulam 34%EC on annual broadleaf weeds and its safety to crop in wheat fields.[Methods]This study used post seedling foliar spray treatment to conduct field efficacy trials.[Results]Triclopyr-butotyl·florasulam 34%EC used post-emergence at 255 to 382.5 g a.i./ha,namely 750 to 1125 g/ha for formulation,could effectively control a variety of annual broadleaf weeds such as Chenopodium album L.,Acalypha australis L.,Fallopia convolvulus L.,Amarathus retroflexus L.and Xanthium strumarium L.with a long persistent efficacy period,and it had a strong inhibition effect on the growth of a small number of surviving weeds that had been treated.On the 30th day after application,the plant density control efficacy of broadleaf weeds in the wheat field was 87.1%-94.3%,and the fresh weight control efficacy was 88.3%-95.5%.After treated with each dosage of the tested herbicides,there were no symptoms of phytotoxicity during the whole growth period of wheat,and no impact was observed on other organisms and surrounding crops.Compared with the blank control area,the yield of each treatment area increased significantly,with a yield increase rate of 52.1%-70.4%.[Conclusions]Triclopyr-butotyl·florasulam 34%EC can effectively control annual broadleaf weeds in wheat fields,and is safe for wheat.The recommended dosage ranges from 255 to 382.5 g a.i./ha(i.e.,the formulation dosage is 750 to 1125 g/ha).
