基于UHPLC-MS/MS法研究12种烟碱类农药在10种果蔬中的基质效应 被引量:3

Matrix effects of 12 nicotinoid pesticides in 10 types of fruits and vegetables using UHPLC-MS/MS method

摘要 [目的]利用QuEChERS结合UHPLC-MS/MS检测10种果蔬中12种烟碱类农药,考查12种烟碱农药组分在10种果蔬中的基质效应。[方法]按照基质效应评价方法,根据试验结果,评价12种烟碱农药在不同果蔬基质相同浓度和不同基质不同浓度条件下的基质效应。[结果]在相同浓度不同基质中,哌虫啶、啶虫脒、氟啶虫胺腈、噻虫啉、氟吡呋喃酮呈现基质增强效应,噻虫嗪、烯啶虫胺、呋虫胺等组分则呈现基质抑制效应,吡虫啉受基质影响最小;在不同浓度不同基质中,呈现出不同的基质效应,但基质对各组分基质效应随组分浓度增加而逐渐减弱。[结论]12种烟碱类农药在不同的果蔬基质中受到了不同程度的影响,在测定此类物质时,应综合考虑。试验为果蔬中农药检测的定性、定量分析提供了检测依据。 [Aims]The aim is to establish a determination method and study the matrix effect of 12 nicotinoid pesticides in 10 kinds of fruits and vegetables,using QuEChERS combined with ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UHPLC-MS/MS).[Methods]Using the matrix effect evaluation method,the matrix effect of 12 nicotinoid pesticides in different fruit and vegetable matrices at the same concentration and their matrix effect in different matrices at different concentrations were evaluated based on the test results.[Results]In the same concentration with different matrices,paichongding,acetamiprid,sulfoxaflor,thiacloprid and flupyradifurone exhibited matrix enhancement effects,while thiamethoxam,nitenpyram and dinotefuran showed matrix inhibition effects,with imidacloprid being affected the least by the matrix.Different matrix effects were observed in different matrices at different concentrations,but the matrix effect on each component gradually weakened as the concentration of the component increased.[Conclusions]12 Nicotinoid pesticides have been affected to varying degrees in different fruit and vegetable matrices,and consideration should be given when determining these substances.The research results provide a basis for qualitative and quantitative analysis of pesticides in fruits and vegetables.
