摘要
目的分析输卵管积水性不孕患者的超声检查相关定量参数。方法选择南阳市中心医院于2023年2月至2025年1月收治的输卵管积水性不孕患者88例,纳入患者组。选取同期在南阳市中心医院体检的健康女性88例,纳入健康组。两组均进行超声检查,比较两组的卵巢容积、窦卵泡数、内膜厚度、卵巢动脉血流参数[阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、收缩期峰值流速(PSV)]。比较单侧积水与双侧积水患者,以及卵巢功能下降与卵巢功能正常患者的超声检查相关定量参数。结果患者组的卵巢容积、窦卵泡数、内膜厚度、卵巢动脉PSV均低于健康组,卵巢动脉RI、PI均高于健康组(P<0.05)。双侧积水患者的卵巢动脉RI、PI高于单侧积水,PSV低于单侧积水患者(P<0.05)。卵巢功能下降患者的卵巢容积、窦卵泡数、内膜厚度、卵巢动脉PSV均低于卵巢功能正常患者,卵巢动脉RI、PI均高于卵巢功能正常患者(P<0.05)。结论超声检查相关定量参数可用于诊断鉴别输卵管积水性不孕患者,也可观察不同积水情况患者的卵巢血流供应,对于评估此类患者的卵巢功能具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the quantitative parameters related to ultrasound examination in patients with hydrosalpinx-induced infertility.Methods 88 patients with hydrosalpinx-induced infertility admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from February 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the case group.88 healthy women who underwent physical examination in Nanyang Central Hospital at the same period were selected as the health group.Both groups underwent ultrasound examination,and the quantitative parameters including ovarian volume,antral follicle count,endometrial thickness,ovarian artery blood flow parameters[resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PD),peak systolic velocity(PSV)]were com pared between the two groups.The quantitative parameters related to ultrasound examination were com pared between patients with unilateral hydrocephalus and patients with bilateral hydrocephalus,and between patients with decreased ovarian function and patients with normal ovarian function.Results The ovarian volume,antral follicle count,endometrial thickness,and PSV of ovarian artery of the case group were lower than those of the healthy group,and RI and PI of ovarian artery were higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.05).RI and PI of ovarian artery in patients with bilateral hydrocephalus were higher than those in patients with unilateral hydrocephalus,and PSV was lower than that in patients with unilateral hydrocephalus(P<0.05).The ovarian volume,antral follicle count,endometrial thickness,and PsV of ovarian artery of patients with decreased ovarian function were lower than those of patients with normal ovarian function,and RI and PI of ovarian artery were higher than those of patients with normal ovarian function(P<0.05).Conclusions The quan titative parameters related to ultrasound examination can be used to diagnose and differentiate patients with hydrosalpinx-induced infertility,and can also observe the ovarian blood flow supply of patients with different hydrosalpinx conditions,which is of great significance for evaluating the ovarian function of patients.
