摘要
该研究基于自我决定理论(SDT),以上海市市北初级中学为典型案例,构建“自主驱动—胜任强化—归属赋能”的三维动态培养策略体系,旨在破解数学资优生培养中“标准化模式”与“个性化需求”的深层矛盾。通过分层教学与翻转课堂触发认知跃迁,依托挑战性任务与精准反馈推动能力突破,借助学术社群与家校协同维持动机持久性。研究提出“动态适配模型”,从精准识别、弹性调整与生态协同三个方面为数学资优生培养提供可操作的生态化路径。
Based on Self-Determination Theory(SDT),this study uses Shanghai Shibei Junior Middle School as a typical case to construct a three-dimensional dynamic cultivation strategy system:autonomy-driven,competence-enhanced,belongingempowered.It aims to address the deep conflict between standardized models and individualized needs when mathematically gifted students are trained.This strategy includes cognitive leaps through stratified teaching and flipped classrooms,competency breakthroughs via challenging tasks and precise feedback,and sustained long-term motivation through academic communities and home-school collaboration.The proposed Dynamic Adaptation Model offers an operational ecological pathway for training mathematically gifted students through precise identification,flexible adjustment,and ecological synergy.
