摘要
教师劳模精神为教师践行社会主义劳动伦理、形成专业发展自觉并投身强国强师建设提供了精神指引。该研究采用案例研究法和访谈法,以上海市X区31名劳模教师为例,探究新时代教师劳模精神的特征及有效传承路径。研究发现:教师劳模精神既继承了劳模精神的核心要义,又展现出崇教敬业和爱生为生的劳动态度、教研双修和引领同伴的劳动知能、立德树人和无私为他的劳动道德等独特表征,研究进一步凝练出内生外促的蕴含机制、榜样引领的传导机制和立足日常的评价机制等教师劳模精神的传承路径。
The spirit of model teachers provides spiritual guidance for teachers to practice socialist labor ethics,form professional development consciousness,and participate in building a powerful nation and a competent educational workforce.This study,based on case studies and interviews with 31 model teachers from District X in Shanghai,explores the characteristics and effective inheritance paths of the model teacher spirit in the new era.The research finds that the spirit of teacher model workers not only inherits the core essence of the model worker spirit,but also demonstrates unique characteristics such as a labor attitude of dedication to education and love for students,labor knowledge and skills in both teaching and research as well as leading peers,and labor ethics of establishing morality and cultivating people with selflessness.The study further summarizes the inheritance pathways of model teacher spirit,including a special operating mechanism for internal development and external promotion,an inheritance mechanism of role model leadership,and an evaluation mechanism based on daily practice.
