教育内卷的逻辑及其超越:基于生命政治学的分析

摘要 教育内卷是新自由主义市场原则重构教育场域的结果。在生命政治学的视角下,教育内卷呈现三重症候:学生的时间焦虑情绪体验,对“教育绩效”的竞争异化为本体性的生存竞赛,人际关系退化为功利化博弈。教育内卷的根源在于新自由主义的市场化原则渗入教育系统,导致学生将竞争规则内化为自我规范技术。教育内卷的突破需要重构教育伦理,既要塑造学生之间的团结共生关系,也要承认竞争的积极意义,在个人理性与公共理性的辩证统一中重塑教育共同体,使竞争回归促进生命整全发展的本真价值。 Education rat race is the outcome of neoliberal market principles reshaping the educational domain.From the perspective of biopolitics,education rat race exhibits three severe symptoms:students’anxiety over time,the transformation of competition for educational performance into ontological existential struggles,and the degradation of interpersonal relationships into utilitarian games.The root of education rat race lies in the infiltration of neoliberal market principles into the education system,causing students to internalize competitive rules as self-regulatory norms.To transcend education rat race,a reconfiguration of educational ethics is necessary,which involves fostering a spirit of solidarity and coexistence among students while also acknowledging the constructive role of competition.In the dialectical unity of individual and public rationality,the educational community should be reconstructed,thereby restoring the authentic value of competition in holistic development of life.
