基于声发射的混凝土损伤开裂感知与解析

摘要 为研究水泥混凝土试件在单轴压缩过程中声发射信号的变化规律,在C30水泥混凝土试件进行抗压试验全过程中,运用声发射仪器对其进行实时监测。将混凝土试件破坏过程进行四阶段划分;将声发射信号与荷载-位移曲线结合,分析每个不同阶段的声发射信号参数的变化规律;引用上升角(RA)和平均频率(AF)来分析混凝土试件在单轴压缩过程中,不同阶段的损伤破坏方式;进一步利用r值评价试件在受荷载过程中损伤的剧烈程度。结果表明:在不同阶段的声发射信号参数存在明显差异;声发射信号在混凝土试件破坏之前会迎来突增;RA-AF方法可以很好地表示混凝土试件在不同阶段的损伤破坏方式;r值在峰后荷载阶段达到最大值,随后缓慢下降明显,试件也是在这个时间点破坏。 In order to study the change rule of acoustic emission signal of cement concrete specimen in uniaxial compression process,acoustic emission instrument was used to monitor the whole process of compressive test of C30 cement concrete specimen.The acoustic emission signal and load-displacement curve are combined to analyze the variation law of acoustic emission signal parameters at each stage.Rising Angle(RA)and Average Frequency(AF)are used to analyze the damage and failure modes of concrete specimens at different stages during uniaxial compression.Further,r-value is used to evaluate the damage severity of concrete specimens during loading.The results show that there are obvious differences in acoustic emission signal parameters at different stages.The acoustic emission signal will have a sudden increase before the concrete specimen is destroyed;The RA-AF method can well characterize the damage and failure modes of concrete specimens at different stages;The r-value reaches the maximum value in the post-peak stage,and the specimen is also damaged at this time point.
