摘要
针对赣州市近年来由于修路及拥堵引发的交通路口问题,分析其产生的原因,并提出城市交通路口精细化管理办法。造成赣州市拥堵的主要原因包括高峰时期大部分车流量集中在少部分道路上,公交车道利用率低,部分车道秩序混乱,行人过街组织设置不合理且没有严格制度要求行人的行为。赣州市章贡区大部分中小学校坐落在主干道两侧,学校的门口正对马路且四周无停车区域;修路区域未及时提供封路消息,备用路线车道秩序混乱,路面难以行驶,交叉路口机非冲突严重,影响了车辆通行。城市交通路口精细化管理办法为设立渠化岛及导流线,优化公交车道,学校附近设置接送专区,设立非机动车道待行区,禁左及借左变道,网格化管理及建立智慧交通平台等办法,以此缓解赣州市道路拥挤问题。
Aiming at the traffic intersection problems caused by road construction and congestion in Ganzhou City in recent years,this paper analyzes the causes and puts forward the fine management methods of urban traffic intersection.The main causes of congestion in Ganzhou include that most of the traffic flow is concentrated on a small number of roads during peak hours,the utilization rate of bus lanes is low,some lanes are in disorder,and the organization of pedestrian crossing is unreasonable and there is no strict system to require pedestrian behavior.Most primary and secondary schools in Zhanggong District of Ganzhou City are located on both sides of the main road,and the gates of the schools are facing the road and there is no parking area around them.The road repair area did not provide the road closure information in time,the alternate route lanes were in disorder,the road surface was difficult to drive,and the intersection machine was in serious conflict,which affected the traffic of vehicles.The detailed management measures of urban traffic intersections are to set up channelized islands and diversion lines,optimize bus lanes,set up pick-up zones near schools,set up non-motorized lanes waiting areas,prohibit left and left lane changes,grid management and establish intelligent transportation platforms to alleviate road congestion in Ganzhou City.
