大跨度钢箱梁斜拉桥顶推施工中的关键技术分析

摘要 为了保证大跨度钢箱梁斜拉桥的施工质量,避免出现施工安全事故,以黄河大桥为例,对步履式多点顶推施工的临时设施(临时墩、顶推千斤顶、导梁、滑动装置)的布置方法进行分析,施工难点在于顶推油压控制、平衡度的控制、钢箱梁过主塔、合龙等,采用主梁线形监控和结构应力监控来确保钢箱梁斜拉桥的施工安全,监控结果表明钢箱梁斜拉桥桥面标高的最大误差为1.6 mm、最小误差为0.3 mm,平均误差为0.8 mm,钢箱梁轴线偏位误差的最大误差为2.6 mm、最小误差为0.2mm,平均误差为1.35mm,且临时墩支反力监测值小于理论值,满足规范要求。 In order to ensure the construction quality of large-span steel box girder cable-stayed bridge and avoid construction safety accidents,the Yellow River Bridge is taken as an example,the layout method of temporary facilities(temporary piers,jacking jacks,guide beams and sliding devices)for walking multi-point incremental launching construction is analyzed,the difficulties in the construction of the bridge lie in the control of the incremental launching oil pressure,the control of the balance degree,the steel box girder passing through the main tower and the closure of the bridge.The linear monitoring and structural stress monitoring of the main girder were used to ensure the construction safety of the steel box girder cable-stayed bridge,the monitoring results show that the maximum error of the deck elevation of the steel box girder cable-stayed bridge is 1.6 mm,the minimum error is 0.3 mm,the average error is 0.8 mm,the maximum error of steel beam axis deviation is 2.6 mm,the minimum error is 0.2 mm,and the average error is 1.35 mm,and the monitoring value of the reaction force of the temporary pier is less than the theoretical value,which meets the requirements of the code.
