高速公路改扩建错孔拼接桥梁受力分析 被引量:1

摘要 以常虎高速公路桥沥2号大桥改扩建拼宽工程为例,应用空间有限元折面梁格模型进行模拟的方法,对改扩建中的桥梁错孔拼接部位的受力性能进行研究,分析了基础沉降、收缩徐变对拼宽桥梁受力的影响,得到以下结论:(1)在新桥混凝土收缩徐变作用影响下,拼宽桥纵桥向最大应力发生在接缝位置,拼宽部分整体受拉,且会超过C50混凝土抗拉强度,后期运营过程中桥面将产生横桥向裂缝;(2)横断面横桥向应力峰值出现的位置不在拼接段位置,而在新桥距离拼接段约2.3 m的腹板顶部,受收缩徐变影响,新桥箱梁横断面应力发生重分布,箱梁腹板根部是较为薄弱的环节;(3)旧桥腹板在考虑收缩徐变和基础沉降的情况下峰值弯矩数值最大,而新桥则是在不考虑二者影响的情况下弯矩峰值最大,收缩徐变及基础沉降对新旧桥腹板应力均有较大影响,工程中应予以重视。 Taking the Changhu Expressway Qiaoli No.2 Bridge renovation and expansion widening project as an example,this paper applied the spatial finite element method to simulate the method of folding beam-lattice model to study the mechanical performance of the bridge’s wrong hole splicing part in the reconstruction and expansion,analyzed the influence of foundation settlement,shrinkage and creep on the stress of the bridge,and reached the following conclusions:(1)Under the influence of the shrinkage and creep of the new bridge concrete,the maximum longitudinal stress of the splicing bridge occurs at the joint position,and the overall tensile strength of the splicing part will exceed the tensile strength of C50 concrete,and the bridge floor will have transverse cracks in the later operation process;(2)The peak value of transverse bridge stress does not appear in the splice section.Under the influence of shrinkage and creep,the transverse stress of the box girder of the new bridge is redistributed at the top of the web about 2.3 m from the splintered section,and the root of the box girder web is a relatively weak link.(3)The peak bending moment value of old bridge web plate is the largest when shrinkage and creep and foundation settlement are considered,while that of new bridge web plate is the largest when the influence of both is not considered.Shrinkage and creep and foundation settlement have a great influence on the stress of new and old bridge web plate,which should be paid attention to in engineering.
