沥青路面自愈合增强材料与技术 被引量:1

Self-healing Reinforcing Materials and Technologies for Asphalt Pavements

摘要 随着长寿命沥青路面的发展,提高路面工程材料的耐久性已引起人们的广泛关注。然而,频繁地对沥青混合料进行养护不仅不经济,而且会产生大量的温室气体。因此,人们开发出了不同的路面养护技术,自愈合技术作为一种新型措施可有效地修复沥青混合料服役过程中产生的裂缝。鉴于此,针对现有的多种自愈合技术,进行归纳总结,重点综述了现有的自愈合材料以及自愈合技术,并针对导电加热、感应加热、微波加热和微胶囊等方法的愈合机理和应用现状进行了归纳。同时,对自愈合沥青路面在未来发展和应用中面临的挑战进行了探讨。 With the development of long life asphalt pavement,improving the durability of pavement engineering materials has attracted extensive attention.However,frequent maintenance of asphalt mixtures is not only uneconomical,but also produces a large amount of greenhouse gases.Therefore,different pavement maintenance technologies have been developed,and self-healing technology,as a new measure,can effectively repair the cracks produced during the service of asphalt mixture.In view of this,a variety of existing self-healing technologies were summarized,and the existing self-healing materials and self-healing technologies were summarized.The healing mechanism and application status of conductive heating,induction heating,microwave heating and microcapsule were summarized.At the same time,the challenges in the future development and application of self-healing asphalt pavement are discussed.
