摘要
作为世界上发展历史最悠久、体系最完善的政府部门图书馆体系,美国联邦图书馆扮演着公众知情权保障者、联邦科研数据开放推动者、联邦历史记忆保存者的角色。文章深入调查11所内阁级图书馆发现,联邦图书馆形成了以构建专业馆藏为基础、决策参考信息门户为平台、情报监测与分析服务为抓手、个性化服务为补充的决策参考信息服务,并在FEDLINK的统筹规划、图书馆协会的专业指导下有序运转,据此对我国图书馆界相关工作提出建议。
As the government library system with the longest development history and the most complete system in the world,the federal libraries of the United States play the role of the defender of the public's right to know,the promoter of federal scientific research data opening,and the keeper of federal historical memory.An in-depth investigation into 11 cabinet-level libraries found that the federal libraries have formed a decision reference information service based on the construction of professional collections,a decision reference information portal as a platform,intelligence monitoring and analysis services as a starting point,and personalized services as a supplement,and it operates in an orderly manner under the overall planning of FEDLINK and the professional guidance of library associations.Based on this,some suggestions are put forward for the related work in the library circle in China.
